Introduction
 To extend menu and toolbar of DelftShell some interfaces are added to DelftTools (ICommand, IMenuItem, IToolBar, part of IMainWindow). Implementations of these interfaces can be found in 
 DelftShell.Gui.Forms.MenuItem,
